Hi everyone. Yes, I am still here. I finished the Bonnie Hunter mystery quilt during my silence. Why so quiet? Well, I am frustrated. I would really like to share pix and news about my quilting projects but it won't be happening soon. My computer will no longer recognize the memory card with the pix. I know it's not the memory card because the camera doesn't have a problem. Now, I know what you're going to say. The camera should have come with a cord to attach to the computer. It did. Where is it? No one in this house is telling. At any rate, I thought I'd share a picture of one of my babies. Hope to be quilt blogging soon. Say hello to Mark.

A million thanks to Pat! Now I can add pix to my blog. She told me to make them less than 1 MB and when I adjusted the camera settings - ta dah! So here goes. This is the project I worked on during the quilt retreat last month. I just pulled it out of the project bag and it is wrinkled and full of threads so don't look too close. It is about half finished. It is a mystery quilt called Double Delight. You can download the pattern for free from Bonnie Hunter's website http://www.quiltville.com/.

Okay. Here I am, totally exposed, thanks to KarenDianne. If you don't know her, hop on over to http://www.leehaven.com/. Now that I can't creep around reading blogs in the dark, I guess I need to write some more. However I am TECHNICALLY CHALLENGED. I would love it if someone could explain to me how to get pictures into my posts so you can see what I am working on these days. It was easy to get them on the blog page but I am stuck with the post issue. I clicked on the button that says "Add Image". Then it opens a window where I can browse for my photo and then click the button to upload the pictures. Well, when I click on that button, it says they are uploading but nothing ever happens, even if I walk away for 20 minutes or so. Any techies out there who can make some suggestions? Any help at all will be sooooo appreciated. Either that or I am going over to Karen's house and forcing here to give me a lesson. What an idea........

You can teach an old dog new tricks.
Wow, I finally did it! Today I learned how to post pictures to my blog. This afternoon I will be cutting fabric for projects to do this weekend at the Olde Green Cupboard retreat. Three days of sewing, eating, and chatting - can't wait! The camera battery is on the charger so it will be all ready to go with me. Would you like to see pix of our fun?
